I haven't been to the auction house it's a significant distance away from where I live. Instead I relied on a condition report and catalogue photos to bid on this item which I won in the auction held on the 3 December 2022. The condition report, photographs and the follow up from the auction....all superb. I paid for the item easily and the in-house postal service. Excellent, excellent (so good I'll say it twice) value and service - it arrived this morning very well wrapped before 1000am - 7 December 2022. Delighted with the item

   Excellent service (probate valuation) After trying a couple of other firms who advertised a probate valuation but I think were more interested in house clearance, Windibanks was suggested. So straightforward, Simon Windibank came round to value the house contents yesterday, did that very quickly and I received the valuation this morning which I will use on the probate application. This service is very cost efective as it saved me hours of work online trying to work out the valuations - far better to leave to the exper. Many thanks Simon.
